The Promise Car Club is a voluntary benefits scheme. It provides members with a simple and effective way to get themselves behind the wheel of a new car every few years. It removes financial risk by protecting you from unexpected repair bills and falling car values.

Promise is a Personal Contract Hire (PCH) scheme that blends low cost finance with fixed cost motoring. It's an online product, so there's no need to visit a showroom. Although, members who don't have internet access or who simply prefer to talk to us can call our Promise sales team on 0845 602 9364 (Option 4).

Following discussions with the business stakeholders, we'll set up a secure area of the Promise web site. We'll issue the business with a registration login, which allows employees to access the site. We can also help the business spread the word about the scheme.

You become a member

Anyone can view the Promise web site, but you need to be a member to access our Members Area and our exclusive car offers. Once you've been given the registration login from your employer, you can head over to the Members Area of the site and join the club. It's free.

You build quotes and eventually order a car

As a member, you can logon and start having a look at the cars we have on offer. Car-Finder lets you compare specifications and prices, but Quote Builder is where you'll probably spend most of your time. You can build as many quotes as you want, until you find the car of your dreams. When the time is right, you can easily place an order online, but if you prefer, just call us and we'll help you out.

We order your car

On receipt of an order, we'll carry out standard credit checks and make sure the order is accurate. Once we're happy, we'll select a supplier and place an order with them. We'll progress the order and keep you informed until your new car is ready.

We deliver your new car

As soon as we have a registration number for your car, we'll issue you with your Promise agreement. Once you sign the agreement and return it to us, we can start making arrangements to deliver your new car. We will deliver anywhere in the UK, either to your home or office address. If you have a car to return, we'll collect this at the same time.

We manage your car

During your Promise agreement, it's our job to look after you and your car. The beauty of a Promise car is that you get to enjoy the benefits of a traditional company car driver. We'll make sure the car is taxed and we'll handle safety recalls and traffic offences and requests to take the car abroad. Our maintenance team ensure the car is serviced properly and are on hand to provide you with answers to any maintenance questions you may have.

You buy or return your car

At the end of the term of the agreement, you have first refusal on the car. So, if you're interested in buying the car, give us a call and we'll be happy to give you a price. Alternatively, you can simply return the car at the end of the agreement and treat yourself to the latest new model.
