About The Promise Car Club

The Promise Car Club is a personal car purchase scheme that provides its members with access to great deals on new cars. In addition, the scheme provides members with the benefits of fixed cost motoring. Promise is operated by Arnold Clark Vehicle Management - the vehicle leasing division of Arnold Clark Finance Limited, a company registered with the Financial Services Authority.
