First, we'll set up a special Members Area for you and your colleagues. To access it, your employer will issue you with a temporary User ID and Password that allows you to register as a member. Having registered and obtained your individual login credentials, you can then access the Members Area using the link above.

The Promise Car Club web site is accessible from any Internet connection, so you can access the site from home or from work (as long as you have your employers permission). If you don't have Internet access, you can contact our dedicated sales support team Monday to Friday during normal office hours.

What can I do once I'm a member?

First, you have access to our Quotations Builder. You can build as many quotations as you want from our UK database of vehicles. You can add extras and you can amend the length of time you want to keep the vehicle and your anticipated annual mileage. Once you've found the car of your dreams, you can order it online using our 128 bit encrypted secure connection. You also have access to Car-Finder - our powerful car comparison tool, Your Quote History, Special Offers, Member Benefits and My Details.

Vehicle Ordering and Delivery

Once you order a vehicle with us, we'll raise the appropriate paperwork and send it to you. We'll carry out the usual credit formalities and once we've receive signed paperwork and your initial payment, we'll arrange to have your new vehicle delivered right to your door - free of charge anywhere on the UK mainland.

Member Benefits

On top of the exceptional deals we can bring you on new cars, you are also entitled to additional member benefits throughout the Arnold Clark Group and through our associate partners. These benefits change on a regular basis - members can check them out on the Member Benefits pages.

What is Promise?

A Promise Car Club agreement is a special type of Hire Purchase agreement, known as Personal Contract Purchase (PCP).  You'll find that when compared to a normal Hire Purchase agreement, a Promise agreement offers you lower monthly payments.  That’s because, as a member of the club, you have the option to purchase your vehicle at the end of the agreement, which means we can keep your monthly payments as low as possible.

What's included in the agreement?

Assuming a fully managed agreement, the following services are included:

• Road tax and MOT test
• Full servicing
• Mechanical repairs
• Replacement tyres and puncture repairs
• Emergency roadside recovery services
• Annual mileage allowance
• Service-Direct pro-active service reminders
• Accist accident management service
• GAP finance insurance
• Free delivery anywhere on the UK mainland

What's not included?

The following items are not included in the agreement.

• Damage of any description e.g. damaged tyres, lights, panels
• Self-inflicted faults e.g. mis-fuels, lights left on etc
• Fuel costs
• Comprehensive insurance cover
• Business insurance cover

What happens at the end of the agreement?

At the end of the term of the agreement, you're entitled to buy your car outright by paying the sum we agreed with you at the very start of the agreement. By paying this sum, it's all yours! Of course, you can simply return the car and choose another. We would normally contact you a few months before the agreement ends, to give you time to think about what you want to do, and to make sure we give you plenty of time to order a new car.
